The NOVA Optical IR Instrumentation group has built and will build (parts of) instrumentation for the largest ground based and space observatories in the world. Besides the ongoing Research and Development activities, for (better) solutions to the (cryogenic) instrumentation typical (engineering) issues, is the group involved in several international studies. At any one time the group has a variety of projects at various stages of development underway, providing a balance between the efficient use of available resources and the workload.
In the following figure the finished and current projects are shown. For each project the observatory, the range of wavelengths the instrument covers and the (suspected) delivery dates are shown.
